Debt Collection Register
On this website we run what is called a 'Bad Debt Register'. The idea behind this concept is to provide a detailed list of businesses / consumers which are known to have encountered problems in the paying of their debts in agreed time periods. This means that at the touch of a button you can search through our database for any business that you are looking to enter into a contract with, in order to see whether they have ever had payment problems in the past. This database is detailed to the point of discovering the size of the debts, whether they have had County Court Judgements made against them, and the address and registration number of the companies.
We have spent a lot of time on ensuring that our database if fully indexed and searchable from key search engines therfore on a search of your debtor's name in say "google" is likley to show your debtor's indebtiness on our Register. This policy alone ensures that the debtor approaches us quickly to ensure removal of their details, by paying your debt.
We find the debt register is an excellent method of creating leverage, as the debtor’s ‘dirty washing’ is being performed in public so to speak. This leverage often encourages the debtor to enter negotiations with us with immediate effect in an effort to remove them from the Debt Register.
Why wait until it is too late? Doing business with known bad debt payers can cripple your cash flow, often leading to a series of events where YOU may end up failing to pay your own debts. This can even ultimately lead to the closure of YOUR business! Why take the chance? Check our Bad Debt Register today!
If you are looking to use us to collect your debts, the fact that we run this Register means that we are often more effective at chasing down your debtors, as they are understandably averse to appearing on our Register.
