Hearing Fees
Once all the relevant Paperwork has been filled out (Allocation Questionnaire, Listing Questionnaire (Pre-Trial Checklist) there will then be a hearing date set, again there will be a fee for this hearing and this is where you will be able to argue your case in front of the Judge to attempt to get the Judgement in your favour.
Hearing Fees for 'Small Claims Track'
* Claim does not exceed £300 - £25
* Claim exceeds £300 but under £500 - £55
* Claim exceeds £500 but under £1,000 - £80
* Claim exceeds £1,000 but under £1,500 - £110
* Claim exceeds £1,500 but under £3,000 - £165
* Claim exceeds £3,000 - £325
Hearing Fee for 'Fast Track' Claims is £545.00
Hearing Fee for 'Multi Track' Claims is £1090.00
