Listing Questionnaire (Pre-Trial Checklist)
Once the Allocation questionnaire has been filled out and sent back to the courts then there is likely to be a Listing Questionnaire (Pre Trial Checklist). This again has to be paid for to proceed further in the claim.
If your debt has been allocated into the 'Small Claims Track' then there is no Pre Trail Checklist, thus no fee to be paid.
If your debt has been allocated into the 'Fast Track' then the fee for a Listing Questionnaire (Pre-Trial Checklist) is £110.00
If your debt has been allocated into the 'Multi Track' then the fee for a Listing Questionnaire (Pre-Trial Checklist) is £110.00
