As UK Debt Collection offers a service, as soonas you have paid the Initial Fee and signed the Deed of Assignement, yourt service will have started.
Refund Policy
Refunds may apply if the service you have received is not of what was proposed intially. For refunds you must email complaints@uk-debtcollection.com
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your case with us you will be entitled costs and charges up to date of the calcelation. The debt will be assigned back to yourself upon cacellation.
